Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship 2026/27 is open to all international students worldwide. The application call is now open for the Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship. It is a two-year Master’s degree program in Public Policy. The top four European Universities jointly offer this program. International candidates and Europeans can apply from anywhere in the world and study in Europe through the Erasmus Mundus MAPP program. MAPP is a very popular Master’s program under the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree (EMJM). The duration of this scholarship is 2 years. You can complete your four semesters in four different EU countries. This is a fully funded scholarship offered by the European Union. The universities are located in Spain, Austria, the UK, and the Netherlands. Students can apply for a Master’s degree in Arts in Public Policy.   • International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam (ISS), the Netherlands

  • Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEl), Spain

Year 1:

  • Semester 1: Austria
  • Semester 2: Netherlands

Year 2:

  • Semester 2: Spain

Eligibility Criteria Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship:

  • This program is open to all nationals
  • Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree to apply for this scholarship
  • English proficiency is required, but there are some exemptions
  • Should have a strong academic record
  • Applicants having a degree in social sciences or relevant subjects will be preferred
  • Statement of purpose should be strong
  • No need for work experience

Exemption for English Language Proficiency:

If you have a bachelor’s degree in English from Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda (English-speaking region), South Africa, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, UK, USA, Zambia, Australia, Botswana, Canada, Gambia, Ghana, Ireland, Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Namibia, and New Zealand.

Citizens of the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the USA, or the European Union do not require English language proof.

All other candidates have to submit one of the following:
