This is a Fully Funded International Forum. The Theme of the Youth Forum in Canada is “Digital Soft Power and Cultural Diplomacy in the Age of Algorithms”. Due to this, the way countries build a “soft power” (influence people to like them through culture and ideas) and engage in “cultural diplomacy” (use culture to connect with other countries) is changing a lot.
