How Will This Program Start?

Phase 1: Virtual Community Exploration (1 Month)

The journey starts online with a one-month virtual program focused on community research and assessment. During this phase, fellows will learn how to identify local challenges, gather insights, and access key community needs using practical tools and strategies.

US Phase 2: In-Person Fellowship in the USA (10 Days)

In July 2026, selected young leaders will travel to the United States for a 10-day in-person experience. Each participant will bring a community issue they are passionate about solving. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and mentorship, they’ll refine their ideas and develop action-oriented solutions.

Phase 3: Virtual Project Implementation

After returning home, fellows will enter the implementation stage, where they will put their plans into action. With continued virtual support and guidance, participants will work to bring meaningful impact to their communities based on the skills and knowledge gained during the program.
