World Forum for Democracy 2025 is now open to all countries. The application call for the Fully Funded Youth Program 2025 is now open. The World Forum for Democracy is an annual forum in Strasbourg, France. The Youth Delegation France 2025 is hosted by the Council of Europe. This Forum in France will take place over 3 days, from November 5th to 7th, 2025, at the European Youth Centre. The Youth Delegation will arrive on 2^nd November. There is no application fee, and candidates from around the world are eligible to apply for the Democracy Forum. The theme is “Democracy at Risk: How can we revive it”? It is a platform for young people where they can debate key challenges and solutions to democracies around the world. Additionally, it highlights and encourages people to share new ideas in a democratic setting. Below are the details of the Forum.
